This website (the “Site”) is owned and operated by JeffCO Investments, LLC d/b/a WorkSux (“Company,” “we,” or “us”), which produces The WorkSux Weekend, an in-person financial-education event for 18–28 year olds.

All content, materials, and information provided on this Site are for general informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or real estate advice.

Our Services

The Company produces The WorkSux Weekend, a two-day, in-person educational event. We:

  • Teach general financial-education content: credit, entity formation, investment accounts, rental-property analysis, and planning
  • Are not a school, broker-dealer, investment adviser, law firm, accounting firm, or real estate brokerage
  • Do not sell securities, real estate, or financial products, and do not earn commissions on anything an attendee buys
  • Do not provide individual legal, tax, investment, or financial advice

Seat Requests & Enrollment

  • Submitting a seat request on this Site is free and creates no payment obligation.
  • Enrollment is accepted only after Adam Culp has spoken with the prospective attendee and an enrollment agreement has been signed and paid for. See our Cancellation & Payment Policy and Refund Policy & Guarantees.
  • Attendees must be 18 or older. The purchaser confirms they are authorized to submit the attendee's contact information and that the attendee consents to being contacted.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate information in any seat request, enrollment agreement, or application completed at the event.

Educational Content & No Outcome Guarantee

Everything taught at the event and shown on this Site is general education based on the instructor's own experience. Examples, calculations, and case studies are illustrative only. We make no representation or guarantee regarding credit scores, approvals, income, returns, or any financial outcome. Past results of the instructor are not indicative of any attendee's results.

No Professional Advice

We are not your attorney, accountant, financial advisor, or real estate agent. Nothing on this Site or communicated by us constitutes legal, tax, or financial advice. You are encouraged to consult your own licensed professionals before forming an entity, opening or funding any account, filing taxes, or entering into any real estate transaction.

Governing Law

Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within Colorado.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive SMS messages from JeffCO Investments, LLC d/b/a WorkSux, you agree to the following terms:

Program Description

You may receive text messages related to your seat request, scheduling Adam's call, enrollment details, event reminders and logistics, the 30-day follow-up, and replies to your questions.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS Opt-In Data

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
