Cancellation & Payment Policy

Overview

This Cancellation & Payment Policy explains how payment, enrollment, and cancellation work for The WorkSux Weekend, operated by JeffCO Investments, LLC d/b/a WorkSux. It is intended to set clear expectations. The binding terms of any enrollment are contained in the written enrollment agreement you sign.

Definitions

  • “Company” means JeffCO Investments, LLC d/b/a WorkSux.
  • “Purchaser” / “you” means the person paying for the seat (typically a parent or guardian).
  • “Attendee” means the 18–28 year old who attends the event.
  • “Event” means a scheduled two-day WorkSux Weekend in a specific city.

Investment

  • The WorkSux Weekend (two days, one city) is priced per attendee. The current investment is confirmed in writing on your enrollment call and in the enrollment agreement before any payment. It includes both days of instruction, the printed workbook, lunch both days, the Monday Morning checklist, and one 30-day follow-up call.
  • Travel and lodging are not included. Third-party costs such as state LLC filing fees and account minimums are the attendee's responsibility.
  • Any additional programs described at the event are optional, separately priced, and governed by their own terms.

How Enrollment & Payment Work

  1. Seat request. Submitting the form on this Site is free and creates no payment obligation.
  2. Adam's call. Adam Culp personally calls the Attendee. If the Attendee is not genuinely interested, we decline the enrollment and nothing is owed.
  3. Enrollment. If the Attendee is in, we send the Purchaser an enrollment agreement and payment link. The seat is held once payment is received.
  4. Payment is by credit/debit card or ACH through a secure third-party processor. We never ask for payment details by text or chat.

Cancellation & Transfers

  1. Guarantees first. The Out-By-Lunch and Completion guarantees in our Refund Policy override everything below.
  2. More than 14 days before the Event: full refund, or a free transfer to another scheduled city.
  3. 14 days or fewer before the Event: no refund; one free transfer to another scheduled city within 12 months, subject to availability.
  4. Attendee substitution: a different eligible Attendee may be substituted up to 7 days before the Event, subject to Adam's call with the new Attendee.
  5. Company cancellation or rescheduling: full refund or free transfer, at your choice.

Attendee Responsibilities

  • Be 18 or older on the first day of the Event
  • Attend both full days (8:30am–6:00pm) and keep their phone in the lockbox during sessions
  • Bring a laptop, government-issued ID, and the items on the pre-event checklist
  • Provide truthful information on any application they complete during the Event

Code Of Conduct

The Company may remove an Attendee who is disruptive, under the influence, or unsafe to others. In that case no refund is owed. Attendees who leave voluntarily after the Day One lunch break are not eligible for a refund except under the Completion Guarantee.

No Outcome Guarantee

The Event is education. The Company makes no representation or guarantee regarding credit scores, approvals, income, investment returns, or any financial outcome. Nothing presented is individual legal, tax, investment, or financial advice; consult your own licensed professional.
