Refund Policy & Guarantees
Overview
The WorkSux Weekend is a two-day, in-person financial-education event for 18–28 year olds operated by JeffCO Investments, LLC d/b/a WorkSux (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). This policy explains the three guarantees that apply to every seat and how refunds are handled. It is written in plain language on purpose. The binding terms of your enrollment are in the written enrollment agreement you sign.
Guarantee 1 — The Excitement Guarantee (Before Payment)
Adam Culp personally speaks with every prospective attendee by phone before enrollment is accepted and before any payment is charged. If, in Adam's judgment, the attendee is not genuinely interested in attending, we will decline the enrollment and nothing is owed. Submitting a seat request on this Site does not create any payment obligation.
Guarantee 2 — Out By Lunch, Day One (Full Refund)
If the attendee chooses to leave the event before the scheduled lunch break on the first day (Saturday), for any reason, the purchaser receives a full refund of the event fee. No explanation or form is required; simply tell an event staff member before leaving. Refunds under this guarantee are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Guarantee 3 — The Completion Guarantee (Full Refund)
If the attendee attends both full days, participates in the sessions, and does not leave the event having (a) completed and submitted a written four-year plan, (b) completed and submitted an application to open an investment account, and (c) pulled their credit reports and prepared their dispute letters, the purchaser receives a full refund of the event fee and the attendee keeps all materials.
Because government filings (such as LLC formation and EIN issuance), account approvals, and funding settle on business days and are controlled by third parties, this guarantee is measured by what the attendee completes and submits during the event, not by whether a third party has approved or processed it by Sunday evening.
Standard Cancellation (Outside The Guarantees)
- More than 14 days before the event: full refund, or a free transfer to another scheduled city.
- 14 days or fewer before the event: no refund, but a one-time free transfer to another scheduled city within the following 12 months, subject to availability.
- No-show: no refund; a transfer may be offered at our discretion.
If we cancel or reschedule an event, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to another date.
What We Do Not Guarantee
We do not guarantee any financial, investment, credit-score, income, or business outcome. The event is education. Whether an attendee acts on it, and the results of any action, are entirely their own. Nothing on this Site or at the event is individual legal, tax, investment, or financial advice.
Third-Party Costs
State LLC filing fees, brokerage or retirement-account minimums, credit-bureau fees (if any), postage, travel, and lodging are the attendee's or purchaser's responsibility and are not refundable by the Company.
How To Request A Refund
Email adam@worksux.com with the attendee's name and the event city. Guarantee refunds are processed within 10 business days of the event.

Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within Colorado.
